We believe perspective reveals potential, and by shifting the way in which you look at something, you and your team can create new momentum for lasting change.
Opal Effect was founded by Kari Smith, a leadership advisor, coach, strategist, and facilitator who has spent more than 20 years leading people, building teams, and creating the conditions for others to do their best work. It was through those experiences she discovered the work she was most drawn to: intentionally challenging people to see something differently, allowing them to move beyond where they are today.
We don’t arrive with a prescribed answer. We create the space to notice what’s shaping the current view, challenge what has become default, and uncover a more intentional way to move organizations, teams, and leaders forward.
